I. Windows Administrator

Job Description
The ideal candidate should be able to perform the following tasks:

• Provide Microsoft Windows Server operating system support.
• Monitor server performance and availability.
• Monitor server load and implement load balancing where appropriate.
• Support and maintain Active Directory & IIS.
• Knowledge and support of Group policy.
• Provide Windows Exchange Email Server Support.
• Upgrade and replace server hardware where appropriate.

Requirements

1. IT studies or certifications.
2. English language – advanced level.
3. Experience in Windows 2003/2008 servers in a Linux/Unix environment.
4. Experience with Active Directory, IIS and MS SQL Servers 2000/2005, administration skills desired.

Nice To have
1. Experience setting up automated management tools and scripts.
2. Familiarity with RAID disk technologies.
3. Knowledge of Server Applications.
4. An understanding of patch management software.

II. WMWare Administrator
Job Description
This role requires excellent communication skills, both with team members and business contacts at different levels.
This role will develop and implement procedures for ensuring proactive management of the virtualization environment.
This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail:

1. IT studies or certifications.
2. Monitoring and Performance analysis on ESX Servers and VMs.
3. Patching of ESX severs and VMs with VMware Update manager.
4. Allocation of storage spaces to VMs through SAN.

Requirements
1. Global exposure in large environments would be preferred.
2. MCSE / MCSA / VCP / V Sphere are desired.
3. Experience supporting servers in a LAN/WAN environment.

Nice to have:
1. Knowledge on ESX servers from command line.
2. Ability to learn and apply new technology and methodologies in a distributed environment.
3. Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.
