- Completion of a university degree in Economics – Management preferred;
- Great organizational and communication skills;

- Be able to learn and understand our products functionality from the customer’s point of view;

- Strong knowledge of Office programs;
- Fluent in English.
In the Role of the Telecom Specialist, as part of the Telecom Department you will be responsible for the following:
- Continuously analyzing the telecom platform performance and acting according to company’s standards and procedures;
- Reporting relevant telecom data on a daily basis;
- Working along with the IT department to improve and create tools for the analysis and operation of the telecom platform;
- Collaborating with other departments;
- Reporting technical issues and follow through until resolution;
- Come up with new initiatives for improvements in functionality;
- Working with current carrier partners in order to negotiate lower rates and increase the quality of traffic;
- Maintaining a permanent communication with carrier partners, requesting and providing information about: performance, connection problems, business opportunities, financial issues.
